For Girls 9th-12th looking to Wrestle on our State Campion Wrestling Team

For any 9-12 grade girls looking to wrestle next year on our state champion wrestling team, open mat time will start on Wednesday, March 26, and go every Wednesday (besides the Wednesday of spring break) until the end of the school year. It is free! It will be held in the MRHS wrestling room from 3-4:30 each Wednesday. We will continue to work on technique, strength, quickness, and conditioning as we go through the offseason. You don’t have to sign up, just come!

Our summer camp will be Monday, July 14th-Wednesday, July 16 from 8:30am-12pm in the MRHS wrestling room. Girls 7-12 grade are invited to attend. It will be ran by Geneva Grey, who is an olympic coach with college alot of college coaching experience, and is also the director of USA Wrestling Utah! Come learn from the best! The cost is 75.00, and participants will receive a camp T-shirt!
